Created by Jaiya, the Erotic Blueprints™ describe five distinct styles of arousal. They offer language for what turns you on—and how you connect.

Turned on by anticipation, space, tease, and longing. The charge can build before anyone touches you.
Recognize why rushing shuts you down—and learn to ask for the space that lets desire build.

Turned on when all five senses are engaged. Slow touch, taste, scent, sound, and atmosphere invite your whole body into pleasure.
Understand the conditions that help you relax, receive, and actually enjoy what’s happening.

Turned on by nudity, direct genital touch, penetration, and orgasm. Clear, direct pleasure can feel deeply satisfying.
Express your desire clearly, with less second-guessing—and understand a partner who wants something different.

Turned on by what feels taboo to you—through sensation, fantasy, or power dynamics. What makes it compelling is personal.
Put language to desires you may have judged or hidden, and explore them with consent and choice.

Turned on by all of it. A broad palate, a generous appetite, and a desire for variety across all five Blueprints.
Ask for the range you crave instead of continually adapting to what someone else wants.

We begin with what has your attention—even if you don’t yet have the words. I ask questions, listen closely, and give you room to ask yours.
Then we bring it into experience. Through guided awareness, sensation, and communication, you practice asking, receiving, setting a boundary, or changing your mind. You notice what brings you closer—and what asks you to slow down.
If you come with a partner, we explore how to express what you want and hear what they want—without assuming your bodies speak the same language.
I’m paying attention to your words, your pace, and the moment something opens—or you start to pull away. We check in, honor your boundaries, and let your choices shape what happens next.
We close by identifying what you want to carry into your relationships and everyday life.
I’m an Erotic Blueprints™ Lead Coach with advanced training in Jaiya’s methodology. My work draws on extensive study and embodied, hands-on training with established leaders in sexuality, consent, and somatic practice—including Connie Eberhart, Ian Ferguson, Darshana Avila, and Orpheus Black.
My training also includes study of the work of David Bedrick and Gabor Maté.
That depth informs how I meet you: with attention to your body, your boundaries, your desire, and what happens between us.

I’ll reply by email. We’ll explore whether working together is a fit and agree on the format, length, boundaries, and what’s included before you book.

VISIT MY WEBSITE ↗Created by Jaiya, the Erotic Blueprints™ are a framework of five arousal styles: Energetic, Sensual, Sexual, Kinky, and Shapeshifter. They offer language for the ways you experience pleasure and intimacy. You may recognize yourself in more than one type.
Start by noticing which descriptions resonate with your experience. The Erotic Blueprint quiz can be a starting point. Coaching helps you explore how those patterns actually show up in your body and relationships.
A coach helps you understand and communicate your desire, explore your arousal patterns, and put that awareness into practice. My work combines the Blueprint framework with conversation, somatic awareness, and experiential practices shaped around your goals and boundaries.
Yes. Couples can explore how each partner experiences turn-on, what interrupts connection, and how to communicate needs without assuming you both want the same things. The aim is more understanding and more ways to meet each other.
No. You can come on your own or with a partner, and you don’t need to know your Blueprint before reaching out. Curiosity about your desire and willingness to explore are enough to begin a conversation.
I offer private virtual coaching and in-person immersions in Boulder, Colorado. Email me about what you want to explore, and we’ll discuss the format, availability, and investment before you book.
